nose (neat) wood, white wine, hint of vanilla & licorice taste (neat) light, ever so slightly oily wood wood wood, dry finish nose (water) more wood spice, strong citrus, grapefruit, hint of rice vinegar taste (water) more rounded mouthfeel, no longer oily. Pepper and the citrus notes promised by the nose emerge. Long dry white wine finish.
